Goodbye Abi

The TCF’s board and staff wish to express their deepest gratitude to Abi Binning for her work as Client Manager.

Abi’s last day working with the TCF was 17 April and she is now off to explore exciting opportunities while she travels.

Abi brought a wealth of knowledge to the role, and her experience in the public sector and as a previous receiver of TCF funding made her a strong addition to the team.

Through Abi’s role as Client Manager, she has seen projects grow from small seeds, into the realised dreams of Tasmanian communities.

“As I prepare to take the next step in my journey - travelling overseas and completing my postgraduate studies — I wanted to say that it has been an absolute privilege to work alongside so many passionate, committed people who are making a real difference in their communities across Tasmania,” Abi said.

“One of the most rewarding parts of this role has been learning about the diverse and inspiring work happening in every corner of the state—from grassroots initiatives to larger community organisations.

“Each story, project and conversation has deepened my appreciation for the creativity, resilience and generosity that Tasmanians bring to community life.

“Thank you to everyone I’ve worked with and learned from during my time at the TCF.”
