Leadership

The Tasmanian Community Fund recognises the need to build individual and community leadership capacity to provide improved outcomes for communities.

Through community action grants the TCF seeks applications that build leadership capacity to provide improved outcomes for Tasmanian Communities:

• Increasing strategic and long-term thinking
• Increasing community resilience
• Increasing community capacity
• Increasing local community leadership capacity

As part of the TCF’s commitment to Leadership the TCF is supporting the delivery of three initiatives:

• Governance for Social Impact – the TCF has made a commitment to fund the delivery of one Governance for Social Impact training sessions in Tasmania during 2025, 2026 and 2027. More information can be found here
• Capacity Building Grant Round – Social Impact Measurement and Evaluation – the TCF is is calling for applications from not-for-profit community organisations that increase organisation and community capacity through participation in social impact measurement and evaluation training.  More information can be found here
