Board Survey Response

On behalf of the TCF Board, we would like to thank all those who took the time to share their experiences and views about the Tasmanian Community Fund — what we do well, where we can do better, and what you need from us in future.

The feedback we received from almost one hundred stakeholders was insightful, constructive, frank and, at times, challenging. We are listening carefully, and, as I am sure you can appreciate, we will take the time to properly review and consider what we have heard.

Your input into this research has given us a clear picture of community expectations and how we can strengthen our purpose, ensure efficient processes, and deepen our partnerships.  In February, the Board is scheduled to review our strategic direction and operational approach and build open and respectful engagement with the Tasmanian community. Your input will contribute to this planning.

We will keep you informed as this work progresses and will share the progress as the Board undertakes strategic planning in the new year. Our goal is clear: to strengthen trust, transparency and partnership with the Tasmanian community.
