Help shape TCF’s future direction

Over the past twelve months, the Tasmanian Community Fund has undertaken a significant period of reflection.

Through independent stakeholder consultation, an external governance and grant-making review, and conversations with grant recipients, applicants, community organisations and sector leaders, we asked: how are we doing and how can the Fund better serve Tasmanian communities into the future?

Our draft Strategic Plan and proposed funding approach has been directly informed by what we heard. They form part of a broader program of renewal being undertaken by the Fund.

We are now seeking further feedback to test whether we have listened well and captured the priorities that matter most to Tasmania’s communities, while ensuring the Fund continues to operate within its legislated purpose under the Tasmanian Community Fund Act.

Before the Board finalises the Strategic Plan and funding approach, we want to hear from the people and organisations working every day to strengthen communities across our state.

This is an opportunity to strengthen the Fund’s role, improve the experience of those who engage with it, and ensure the benefits of the Fund remain accessible to Tasmanians for many years to come.

As communities evolve, so too must the Fund. Your feedback will help shape the final Plan and the next chapter of the Tasmanian Community Fund.
