Final Project Report and Financial Statements (for grants awarded prior to 30 November 2009)
The final project report is a form to be completed by organisations who have been successful for a grant.
Successful recipients enter into a Deed with the Tasmanian Community Fund which outlines the terms and conditions of the grant. The Deed provides that a final project report and financial statements, showing how the grant was used, must be provided to the TCF Board within three months of the funds being expended.
These forms are designed to assist organisations meet these requirements.
